Valleyfair is so much more than just a family day out – it’s a family experience! From special events, live entertainment, a waterpark, dinosaurs (you heard right!) to of course those super fun rides, there is plenty to do for kids of all ages.
Where to begin! What better place than the rides – from family to thrilling, everyone will find something they love!
We know you want to know about those thrill rides first! Want to take on unrelenting speeds and loops as you twist and turn on the Corkscrew? Or perhaps you want to spin horizontally before tilting up to vertical, sending you into orbit!
Those classic ride lovers will love the straight drops and sharp banks on Excalibur – the part classic wood (and part steel!) rollercoaster, as well as the High Roller – a proper classic wooden coaster!
Watch out…Vikings ahead! Looping Starship lets kids climb aboard the giant Viking ship and set sail to 80 feet in the air – pretty amazing! We haven’t even scratched the surface of these thrill rides, so best you find out for yourself!
For those not wanting such as “thrilling” experience, there are plenty of family rides for you to enjoy! Fun bumper cars, the Carousel favourite, little rollercoasters and of course the railroad! Choo Choo!
You want more? Why didn’t you say so! Cool down in summer at the splash-tastic water park, with wave pools, body slides, and falls. And yes – we did mention dinosaurs! Kids will love exploring the age of the dinosaurs where they can encounter these amazing creatures that roamed the earth all those millions of years ago.

Strollers can be rented for $12 single or $16 double on a first come first serve basis. Of course you can use your own stroller in the park too!
I’m Hungry! Can I get food at Valleyfair?
From food trucks, chicken shacks, burgers and ice cream, you certainly won't be going hungry! (Psst...they sell cinnabons too!)

Check the height requirements of the rides before you start to queue - all for the safety of the kids!
