Skating really is an amazing way for kids and the family to enjoy great exercise and an opportunity to get out of the house - plus, it's not like exercising at the gym... skating is fun!

Across the week, Skate World runs a number of public skating sessions where you can just skate as much or as little as you want within that session, practicing new skills or perfecting old ones.

Skate World Lakeland also offer birthday parties, so why not celebrate with friends for that special day!

You can also book private parties or take up lessons in addition to our regular skating hours if you want to really improve those skills. If you're not confident on wheels, lessons are the perfect way to gain that confident, ready for the sessions! 

They also serve schools, churches, daycare centers, Parks and Recreation Departments in Polk County, Girls and Boys Clubs in Lakeland and Winter Haven, and Girls Inc. of Lakeland and Winter Haven.
