Stand out features include the Science Playhouse which looks like a kooky soft play adventure but actually offers significant scientific principles which can be learnt thorugh play.

Discovery Cave is a convincing life sized recreation for geological epxloration, including a Coral Reef Adventure tank, fossil pit and volcano walk.

Technotown is a kinetic wonderland guaranteed to make you ALL smile as you set the whizzing balls etc in motion.

Any top tips?

Motion Simulator and Planetarium charge independently but must be on top of a full admissions ticket, they can't be visited alone. Plametaiurm hours are hours are Saturdays and Sundays at 11:15am and 3:15pm.
