What is there to do?

The Children's Peace Pavilion was established in 1995 and today houses more than 25 interactive exhibits that engage all who visit in learning a number of life skills - which are really great experiences for kids

They can learn to deal with strong emotions, explore conflict resolution, understand diversity and even environmental sustainability.;

Children's Peace Pavilion is where thousands of children and families go to enjoy this experience in an innovative hands-on environment.

Whether it's schools, families, daycares, children with disabilities or families enjoying this unique learning opportunity, the Children's Peace Pavilion welcomes all.

You'll find an exhibit that promotes social-emotional learning and self-care, with displays on masking emotion, dealing with feelings, poetry and masking feelings, which is invaluable for children.

You'll find a Peace For Everyone exhibit that demonstrates what all people need to thrive - kids can explore languages of the world, cultures of the world and even see a Philippine Village.

Kids can understand communication and conflict resolution with interactive exhibits like a puppet theater, standing up to bullying displays and paths of peace, and of course - peace for the planet!

From recycling to rainforests, there's much to learn about how we can help our planet be the best it can be for the future.

When can we go?

Open Admission: 9am - 4pm Wednesdays & Fridays (Open Mon, Tues, Thurs & Sat for pre-arranged tours)

Open Wednesday & Fridays for open admission. The Pavilion is normally closed most US holidays including winter break.


Any top tips?

When schools or public institutions close because of severe weather, the Pavilion will be closed.
