You're a family, so let's start with those family rides! You can drive back in time on the Oldfield Speedway, nothing like an antique roadster to get your day started! Maybe it's the classic bumper cars that take your fancy, or that old fashioned carousel experience on the world's tallest double decker carousel! What an experience!
Looking for something a bit....watery? Why didn't you say so! Boomerang Bay Water Park has a TON of water attractions, from the longest lazy river in the area, a twisty typhoon slide to the super fun kiddie areas just for the little ones!
What's that? You're more into the thrill rides? Let's go! There is that classic thrilling wooden coaster, or the incredible Flight Deck where you are suspended on a 360 degree vertical loop, and yes, it goes 50 miles per hour! There are twirls, spins, loops, and free fall drops galore at Calfornia's Great America - what will you be picking first!
To break up your day, there is live entertainment throughout the day in various locations, so when you arrive, be sure to check what's on so you can plan your rides around it!

I’m Hungry! Can I get food at Californias Great America?
There are PLENTY of places for you to grab some food! From churros, pretzels, and good old American fare including burgers, chicken strips and pizzas, you will never be with an empty tummy!
Any top tips when visiting?
If you have little kids, they have their own mini park! Planet Snoopy is a great place to visit as it's jam packed with fun rides and experiences!
Teachers corner
They LOVE having schools there! So much so, that they have special days! Two days in May are for school groups only, with all you can eat picnic lunch! There are also homeschool days too.

Does Californias Great America have healthy eating or Vegan options?
No outside food can be brought into the park, but if you have any food allergies you can bring in your own food. There are food outlets which serve salads, sandwiches and water too.
Is Californias Great America fully accessible?
There are a limited number of wheelchairs available on a first come, first serve basis to rent. When you arrive, check which rides are accessible for you.

You can buy single tickets at the entrance but they are cheaper online so buy in advance!
