Sunderland Wall in Tyne and Wear is one of the largest indoor climbing centres in the UK. They offer a range of climbs suitable for new and experienced climbers, three massive 23 metre walls, and over 900m2 of climbing and bouldering! So what are you waiting for? There's something for everyone.

Some of their main cool features include over 900m2 of climbing and bouldering, a 23m competition wall that overhangs by a massive 8m, over 140 routes on the main walls, 90 of which are top-rope routes spread over 32 lines, and a bouldering area which boasts around 200 problems and a Moon board. 

As if all this wasn't tempting enough, they also have a dedicated training area with both campus and finger boards.
In addition, they offer a range of courses for both adults and children, and cater for everything from birthday parties to kids’ clubs and corporate events.

The Gekko Club is solely for kids; this is fully supervised bouldering fun, so kids can learn to climb safely from the ages of 3 to 7 years old. If you want your kids to experience the fun and excitement of climbing, then Rock Monkeys is the club for them! Kids will learn the necessary rope work and skills to climb safely in a fully supervised environment.
Subject to age and competence, they will be able to climb unsupervised. Sessions last for 1 1/2 or 2 hours and are for ages 7 to 16!
