Royal Air Force Museum Cosford offers a fun, family day out and it's free too and award-winning! Visit the cold war exhibition, marvel at the world's oldest spitfire and see many other classic aircrafts for a fun and educational day out.

Explore the threat post to world peace during the cold war with a unique display of three nuclear bombers too.

Discover the test flight that were produced in secrecy and visit the war in the air collection which has British, German and Japanese aircrafts.

In Hangar 1 there is a collection of transport and training aircrafts with some of the largest and smallest machines flown by the Royal Air Force.

The entrance of the museum has been filled with RAF stories that celebrate the 100 years.

As well as the aircrafts themselves, you can hold on tight for an immersive paragliding experience and explore the desert, mountains and outser space as you fly through the virtual rings.

There's also a 4D theatre that combines thrilling motions with seat movements and smoke effects for an airbourne adventure.

Experience the thrill of flying as you climb aboard an RAF Eurofighter Typhoon over the Lake District and get a pilots views from the cockpit.

There's lots of events too! Make sure you check out the website so you know what's going on where and when before you visit.
