About this activity

Pottery Pals provides great fun for all of the family no matter your age or painting ability! You’ll find there’s something for everyone, from novelty items to useful mugs, plates and bowls. Select the piece you'd like to paint, choose your colours and design, paint your item, leave it with them to glaze and fire, and then come back in a few days and pick up your masterpiece!
Their friendly staff are available to offer advice on how to get started, and will be on hand to give assistance should you require it. So have fun and learn something whilst your painting!

There are several painted items around the studio to inspire you, plus design books, sponges, stencils, and tools for making unlimited patterns. They have a printer and a computer to enable you to select any image, and print onto carbon paper and transfer your design onto your pottery, which you can then paint in your chosen colours!

As if all that choice wasn't enough, you can also capture the magic of your little one’s prints; they have a number of choices such as plates, mugs, photo-frames, vases, plant pots, clocks, tiles, and much more. Children grow so quickly it is easy to forget how tiny they once were. At Pottery Pals, embrace the chance to capture the memory with a plaster print of a hand and/or foot. They even do paw prints for your 4 legged friends.
