Westmorland Park offers a relaxing a fun day out! The 8-hectare park in Warfield consists of grassy areas, shrub beds, mature parkland trees and a balancing pond managed by Thames Water! Enjoy taking in the stunning views and seeing which wildlife you can spot. Wildlife can be spotted in the balancing pond or at Hayley Green Wood Local Nature Reserve which lies next door.
As if this wasn't tmepting enough, they also have a a large variety of recreational activities to discover through the network of paths, open spaces, play areas and pavilion. This includes a wonderful children's play area, basketball court, tennis courts, football pitches, a baseball diamond and a pavilion with features which can be hired for sports and community activities.
Adjacent to the park is Hayley Green Wood Local Nature Reserve, which provides an invaluable conservation resource and wildlife habitat. It has grass snakes and a wide range of wild flowers such as ox-eye daisy, self heal and foxglove! The site lies on London Clay and is comprised of mixed deciduous woodland such as ash, willow and silver birch - so what are you waiting for? There's plenty to see and do for all the family!

By Cycle: Edmunds Lane is a dedicated pedestrian and cycleway route that links County Lane and Forest Road via Westmorland Park.

By Car: The main car park is accessed via the main entrance along Westmorland Drive.
