We have a selection of souvenir shops which sell a variety of items, including standard souvenir items such as pencils/keyrings and similar, historic books, and many gift and ornament items.

There are a variety of educational resources and tours available, including guided tours, audio guides, and interactive exhibits that bring the history of the palace to life. There are also special educational programs for families and schools.

We have two unisex disabled toilets inside the palace (although one is right next to the entrance to the Fountain Ladies toilets and shares the same lobby), two in the gardens and one in the Tiltyard Cafe. Baby changing units are in the Mens Toilets by Base Court and in the Tiltyard Cafe and there is a Mother and Baby room off Base Court Ladies which contains changing mats and bottle warmers. We don't have any toddler loo seats or child-sized toilets.
