About Sea World

If you love the ocean, and all it's creatures, the Sea World might just be the place for you! Sea World is an experience for the whole family where you can meet, play and learn about the beautiful creatures we have in our oceans.

You might even go away with a new marine friend! Experience a world of incredible animals, fascinating and fun shows and educational and exciting attractions.

Think sharks are creatures to be feared? Actually, they're not! Shark Bay will show kids that these gorgeous animals are quite gentle natured creatures, and they can even get up close and personal so they can see for themselves!

The chilly Penguin Encounter is fun for checking out those little suit-clad creatures, or perhaps you want to see the loud seals in Seal Harbour?

Dolphin Cove is perfect for meeting those sweet and incredibly intelligent animals, and Seabird Rehab is the perfect place for kids to learn about why we should be looking after our oceans, and meet some of the creatures that have been injured by man made objects like fishing hooks and lines.

Sea World isn't just about the animals though - it also is about THRILLS!

A host of fast paced and thrilling rides await you! Jet Rescue sends you at 70km/hr (that's 2.5Gs!) to try and rescue a trapped sea lion. Storm Coaster drenches you with a 20m wave on dry land, and the Viking Revenge Flume get you on Viking-themed log style carriages to journey through the battlements of the Viking's Castle.

Of course, we won't tell you about all the rides - some we need to leave a secret!

For those smaller kids who might not want to take on the fast rides, Castaway Bay is a fun interactive adventure zone for kids of all ages and child friendly play areas.

Battle Boats are fun rides with super cool water cannons, and the little ones can climb, crawl and clamber their way through The Sky Fortress which is filled with 5 levels of rope bridges, tunnels and other obstacles! And of course the Sky Climb will test the bravery and balance of every child on their thrilling course 12m above ground!

Rides, shows, whale watching, helicopter rides, a lighthouse...and did we mention Dinosaur Island? Surely this place must be made up?

Nope - it's all in Sea World!
