Where are we going today?

Feeling the heat in Nashville? You might want to head to Wave Country! This family friendly waterpark has a host of fun water activities that you can cool you off over summer!

Let's start with a fun fact shall we? Did you know....that Wave Country has one of the area's ONLY wave-action swimming pools? What better way to make waves during your day! (See what we did there....!)

Don't worry - there are also calm periods without waves, so you can just relax in the water with your friends and family.

Fancy having a little thrill? Why not head on over to the three water flumes, AND two speed slides! Do you think you can take on your friends and make a splash at the bottom? We think you can!

What better way to make a SPLASH!

If you have little ones in the family, then head on over to the kiddie pool, where it's perfect for them to enjoy their own splashes in a safe, and shallow environment.  There are even some fun water dropping features AND a kid's playground!

Who thought Nashville could be so COOL!

Wave Country want you to have a great time, so they even include floats in the price of your admission - the best way to relax!

So why not grab those swimming costumes, hats and sunscreen, and head on down to Wave Country to have a very COOL family day out in Tennessee!

I agree with some that the people complaining must have gone on the wrong day. For the price, it's a pretty good place. Probably avoid going on a Saturday afternoon. As for too many "colored" folk being there as one person said. Well, it's all about your stereotypes. There are a lot of blacks. If you're not used to us, you'll have a problem. Don't think about the race thing, though, and you'll have a good time. Teens don't seem to notice this sort of thing or have a problem. (You're see lots of interracial couples or companions interacting.)...Read More

This place isn't perfect, but it's cheap and if you go during off times it's not crowded. People complaining about the price must not realize it is $35 to go to Nashville Shores. This place is $12 and you can bring your own food in. You get what you pay for.

Don't waste your time. Go to Beach bend or Holiday world instead. Not enough inner tubes yet you can't bring your own. Over crowded. Water is too cold to enjoyeven when air temperature is over 87. I'm told this is because the fountains are feed from the water source and not the surrounding pool water. Credit/debit card system qas also down while I was there. Asked cashier if they could just so a manual ticket/charge.. "No" who in today's world carries cash? And to a water park?? I put my visa/and or check card in the mesh bathing suit pocket.
