Norquay has everything you need for a family-friendly trip on the slopes. Hit the slopes on skis, or explore on snowshoes, there's lots of fun to be had, with amazing scenic views and regular festive slope-sid events.
The park is suitable for both first timers and more adventuours riders. Skiing and snowboarding lessons and open routes are available, with lessons beginning at age 6 and all levels of ability catered for with route options split 20% green runs, 36% blue and the rest black. Additional snow sports include snowshoeing, mountain chair and snow tubing available for kids over 42". There is also a beginner friendly terrain park for developing skills and confidence.
The terrain park includes jump lines, boxes and rails ranging in size, suouitable for all abilities who want to gain some skills and confidence. After your day on the mountains, head to the mountain size and sit down and have a bite to eat. From fine dining to a quick snack they have everything on offer.

Norquay is Calgary’s closest Banff resort. At 112km (69 miles) from the Calgary city limits, Norquay is a short one-hour drive on the Trans-Canada Highway. Just head west on Highway 1, then take the second Banff exit, turn right on Mt Norquay Road
