Winter Goat Walks

Come hike with a herd of goats!

Our friendly herd of Nubians loves taking hikes through the trails around our farm! Dreamgoats is located at Idlewild Farm in Belding, MI, just a half-hour outside of Grand Rapids and 15 minutes from Lowell. We are a working dairy farm, producing goat milk and goatmilk soaps and offering goat hikes, baby goat cuddles (in the spring!), and volunteer opportunities!

When you book a goat walk, expect an hour of wonder and delight. Watch as the goats climb trees and graze, even in the winter time! Explore the old orchards, woods, and pastures--learn about goats, goat farming, and goat milk! Goat treats provided, but you're welcome to bring apple or carrot treats to share too. Say hello to the Idlewild Farm hogs and learn about your local ecology as you go.

Book a hike for your family and/or friends to beat the winter gloomies with this unique outdoor experience! We can adapt the speed and distance of the hike to fit your family's needs. Winter gaot hikes are private, bring just your own friends & family, up to 10 hikers.
