The Chrysler Museum of Art is a great day out for those art loving or creative kids who want to be inspired. Suitable more for the older kids, the exhibitions within this popular museum has been referred to as "one of the top museums in the country".

The Chrysler Museum of Art is home to one of the largest and most comprehensive collections of glass in the world, with more than 10,000 glass objects, some as old as 3,000 years!
The history lessons continue with the collection of European Paintings and Sculptures that even span the Renaissance era! It's not just art kids will be learning about, it's culture!
There are collections containing some of the greatest American paintings and sculptures the world has ever seen, and there is even more of a deep dive into ancient cultures in the Ancient Worlds collection. From Egyptian, to Greco-Roman, East Asian, and even Islamic, there are some incredible artifacts to admire.
Photography is covered too with more than 4,000 photographic objects from the Civil War and Civil Rights movements, and plenty of modern and contemporary art to appreciate also.
The museum also has rotating collections, so if you do manage to make your way around the permanent collection, there will be new ones to see too!
The fascinating Glass Studio is also another fun feature within the museum. They offer free demonstrations, and they also offer glassblowing workshops and classes too if you want to try out a new skill!
