What's that you say? It's a hot day in Virginia and you don't know what to do? Welcome to SplashDown Waterpark, a fun family experience that will certainly cool you down when you need it!
Splashdown Waterpark has attractions and fun water experiences for everyone in the family, no matter what age! With 13 acres to explore, you might have to plan ahead to know where to start!
Perhaps it will be the relaxing 770 foot lazy river, where you can casually make your way around the park taking in all the fun that's being had around you.
Maybe you want to practice some of your strokes that you just learnt in the 25m lap pool. Great for honing those techniques to make you a great and strong swimmer!
Want a bit of excitement? Then head on over to the two VERY fast cannon ball slides - see how long it will take you to get to the bottom! There are also two 4 storey water slides - pretty exciting! Did you ever think you would be up 4 storeys looking down on the park below!
For those little ones, why not head on over to the activity pool. or the sweet Lilly pad and log walk. There are even 4 additional slides, fountains and bubblers to play in!
We haven't even mentioned about the Big Mahuna Beach with an incredible 250 tons of sand to play in! It's like you are right on the coast!
If you're not really comfortable with being in the water and your swimming abilities, why not take a class! Splashdown Waterpark offers swimming lessons too, so you can get those strokes strong before you head with the other kids to enjoy the fun!
