Play, imagination, fun and learning - it's the dream family day out for parents AND kids! 

Science City is an amazing place of wonder, where there is always something new to learn and discover on each visit!

Ever been to a museum where you are surrounded by "don't touch" signs? Don't even think about that at Science City! Here it's all about experimenting, playing, with no right or wrong answers. Kids can just spend the day exploring with their imagination!

The location of Science City is an experience in itself! Union Station is an amazing architectural and historic marvel, which is unlike any other location for a science center in the entire country! Once you pass under that historic clock tower, and step into the world of science, the fun begins! 

The exhibits across the whole center cover a range of topics! Kids can unearth fossils from those famous creatures known as the dinosaurs, and learn all about paleontology in the Dinolab and Digsite! 

Those little scientists in the making can build, imagine, explore and pretend as they engage in science concepts and science literacy in the Kinderlabd, and they can challenge their family to a fun game of that classic tug-of-war - only a giant version on it - with Giant Lever.

There are hands-on learning experiences in the engineerium where they can see what it's like to have a career in technology, math or science fields, and there is even one of the LARGEST planetariums in the Midwest! That's pretty amazing!
