What is there to do?

A museum JUST for kids in Texas? Yes please!

The Northeast Texas Children's Museum is ALL about giving kids a fun day out where they can learn through play via a number of hands-on exhibits, workshops, classes & more.

Exhibits include a series of equipped roleplay stations where their imaginations can run wild! Perhaps kids want to be the next astronaut and fly into space, or visit the grocery store just like mom and dad.

Future dentists will love the dental surgery where they can learn all about tooth care, or those animal lovers might want to spend some time in the vets surgery!

Love to dress up? Great! There's a fun dress up stage that kids can take to, and perform their heart out. From flying in a airplane, to milking a cow, working on the farm or sailing the seven seas on your very own pirate ship, the Northeast Texas Children's Museum is a day of creativity, imagination, experimentation, discovery and kids play!

Also at the museum there is specific area just for toddlers, plus messy and creative zone, special events and seasonal programming.

With birthday parties offered too, where you can celebrate that special day with friends, it's ALL about the kids at this fun Texas museum. So why not start your play time now? Let's go have FUN!

You are more than welcome to bring outside food, they just ask that you refrain from eating in their exhibit areas. They can also stamp your hand for re-entry if you want to head out for lunch too. - Fun things to do with kids and best places to visit in the US
