Not enough people to run all the “attractions” Spent a lot of time waiting for the attendants. The guy running the go karts was super rude. “barking” orders at little kids is just poor guest service. Had some questions about the 4d movie and that attendant didn’t have a clue what was going on. The staff need more training on guest services. Bought the wristbands. The kids were able to go on everything except the trampoline room thing That was an extra 12 bucks. For the money we spent everything should have been included.

Went up on the 4th of July weekend and it was surprisingly quiet everywehere we went (except waterparks). Decided to stop in based on a coupon in the travel guide. The place is geared mainly for pre-teens, which my kids are. They had a blast going from ride to ride – short lines and decently staffed. They did have options for older (teen) children, and had a bowling alley/trampoline area in the back. We definitely will be stopping by on future trips to the Dells, a great alternative to the waterparks with easy access parking.

Me and a couple of friends wanted someplace to watch the game and eat last Sunday, and I had heard about how many tvs they had installed here. So I decided, why not? Upon driving up I was suprised by how empty the parking lot was, and even more suprised at how few people were actually there. At first look I commented to my friends about all of the HDTVs in the bar area, then we tried to arrange ourselves to best watch the game. There is seriously no good view of the televisions. If you sit at the bar you have to look almost straight up to watch the tv and then it’s so close, watching it becomes quite difficult. The tv’s by the ceiling are uncomfortable to see because you have to look so high up, and the tvs on the lanes are pushed so close together they are distracting… This seems strange to say, but try it… We found a table ten feet off the bar and decided that would be our best bet. Then I went to remove my jacket… IT WAS COLD. I am not a guy that gets cold easy, I went snowboarding just the day before in a sweatshirt, but it was like 60 degrees eighty feet from the doors. I went to the bar to get drinks and they’re right the service is subpar. I ordered drinks for the table from a blank-faced, uninterested bartender and when I requested menus, she dropped a standup table-flip menu in front of me. I got to the table while we huddled around our hard to follow menu everyone in unison complained about their drinks tasting “funny”. When we mentioned it to the bartender she looked at us with a bored look like “huh”… We all looked at each others blue cheeks, smiled, and said, “Lets go to Monk’s” (their service sucks too, but at least it’s warm…)

We really like taking our kids here, its like going to Chucky cheese, but without all the drama. In other words, if you were to split all the people into two groups, ones who like Walmart and those who shop Target, this is the Target of kids entertainment. You can get a wrist band good for the whole day and the kids can go on everything. They really like all the different full size rides and now they just added an indoor ropes course. All the games work, and the staff are always helpful. We see a lot of the same faces there everytime we go, so i know the staff are happy. I do think that the food at Buffalo phils is way over priced, but if you just eat before and let the kids play, the adults can enjoy some bowling and drinks. We go once a month, and are always happy with the trip.
