The Albany Sightseeing Cruise isn't a daily cruise, but departs multiple times a week. The round trip cruise heads south to Castleton before returning back to Albany, and during this 90 minutes there is plenty to enjoy!
For the first 45 minutes of your cruise you can enjoy the Hudson River Narration, where a knowledgable voice will tell you all about New York's capital and point out the sights along the river. Then, the latter 45 minutes give you time to relax, listen to the music, and enjoy the view!
