We all LOVE a good farm at Family Days Out. We love the pumpkin patches to explore, and the corn mazes to challenge us.
But, DixieMaze Farms in Louisiana is SO much more than your average family farm! Sure, it has the pumpkin patches and corn mazes, but there is also a host of other family fun to be enjoyed! Are you ready to hear all about it? Let's go then!
Love to bounce? Then you're going to LOVE "The Jumpy Thing" (Yep, that's the name!) where kids can bounce on the permanently installed pillow that is fun for the whole family! Spend some time travelling the farm on the Hay Rides, or think you have the strength to launch a pumpkin hundreds of feet across the field? Join in with the Pumpkin' Chuckin', which operates every Fri to Sun at 2pm during the Fall Festival!
DixieMaze Farms is a farm after all, so you would expect those sweet animals! There are barnyard activities, pony rides, and even duck and pig races! Super cute!
Think we're done? Not in the slightest! Those active kids will have a great time running from the zombies in Zombie Paintball, and the Pumpkin Express and Cow Train will give the little kids super fun rides across the farm.
Kids can be challenged by the obstacle course, and there is even a Haunted Maze...if you dare! From Spooky Stories and S'Mores, to Trails of Terror at Halloween, to outdoor movies for the whole family, didn't we tell you that DixieMaze Farms was SO much more than a farm!

I’m Hungry! Can I get food at DixieMaze Farms?
There are vendors at the farm with everything, from funnel cakes, nachos to burgers! Some of them even accept credit cards
Any top tips when visiting?
Mostly outdoor fun so come dressed accordingly. Check the weather beforehand!
Does DixieMaze Farms have a gift shop?
Can you have a birthday party at the farm? Sure you can! You can bring cake, and all you need to do is just reserve a slot!
Teachers corner
On our website it posts the GLE's for each grade. We have several fun hands on learning activities for kids of all ages. Check us out!
Is DixieMaze Farms fully accessible?
Most of the areas are wheelchair accessible, and there is a wheelchair accessible toilet during the fall festival.
Any additonal information?
There are day passes that don't include the haunted attractions, and then different types of passes for events like Fright Nights and season passes
