Please stop the hate in this country and refrain from spending your money with business who promote bigotry. This trolley company stopped wedding services due to gay marriage being legalized. Let us lead with love and support businesses who are for EVERYBODY, not just those who believe as they do.

This review is for any bride thinking about using this company as a form of transportation for their Annapolis area wedding. Please, BEWARE of Annapolis Trolley!!!!! Matt Grubbs, owner of Annapolis Trolley, has the monopoly of the wedding trolley transportation business in Annapolis, and he will try to cheat you the first chance he gets. Signed official contract? Doesn’t matter at all to Matt Grubbs what was agreed to and signed for on contract. Days before the wedding, if he decides not to honor the contract, it doesn’t matter to him if you utilize his services or try and go elsewhere for transportation. He will not honor your contract. Please be advised that Annapolis Trolley consists of only 2 trolleys, so if your contract calls for the use of 2 the day of your wedding, and 1 breaks down and cannot be fixed in time, Matt will “borrow” a trolley from another trolley company in Baltimore, and charge you what that company charges for their services (over $1500 extra). He will also not tell you that he is going to do this, and present you with the bill later. Please, it does not matter what your contract states you are to pay for trolley services, you will be charged more. On numerous occasions, Matt tried to get more than one deposit from me. He also threatened to give my reserved date to another inquiring bride because he stated that I never submitted the required deposit + contract (I have email records of submitting both within days of booking Annapolis Trolley). His contract was never correct (pick up times, location pickup areas, etc). He is very rude and very difficult to work with. It is not easy to get a hold of him, unless you actually go to his office located in his home. I know the trolley is such a beautiful and unique idea for transportation the day of your wedding, but the pain and annoyance that my fiancé and I had to go through days leading up to our wedding was not worth it.

Why marry somebody who has the same features as you in the first place?

This is a nice ride, they are the best in these tours and I’ll ride with them anytime. Enjoy
