About Cottonwood Farms

Who is ready for some classic farm fun!? Cottonwood Farms are a family fun farm just north of Lafayette, and they really come to life every fall when their famous Fall Festival begins!

During this festival you can enjoy all the classic farm experiences with the family, including losing yourself in the straw bale maze, or challenge yourself in the 1 1/2 acre corn field maze!

Kids can learn a bit about history with the 1906 Cast steam tractor, as well as other historic farm equipment, so kids ask lots of questions because it's a great chance to learn!

And of course we're on a farm so there are animals too!

Children can watch a host of domestic animals play, including calves, goats, sheep, chickens, and Rocco the donkey! The animals aren't in a petting zoo, but if they do come forward to be pet, then kids are more than welcome.

Cottonwood Farms also sell locally grown produce, including those pumpkins we know and love, and on weekends in October, you can enjoy a classic hay ride too!

All of the activities are geared around families enjoying their time together, and because it's family run, they know just what you need!

Across the seasonal period, Cottonwood Farms also sell Christmas trees, so pop back across December to pick up a real tree!

Classic farm fun in Colorado, where you just might not want Fall to end!

Your well behaved family dog, on a leash, can come to the farm. No dogs are allowed in the mazes. Don't allow your dog come up to children or the animals. It is very stressful for the animals to be approached by strange dogs all day
