What is there to do?

Rafting is a GREAT way for the family to spend time together, and what better place to experience this fun sport than on the Rio Grande!

Cottam's Rio Grande Rafting is GREAT for those adventurous water loving families! They will get you out into the wilderness to experience nature, and not to mention get that adrenaline rush! They are an outdoor adventure tour company which can offer you a whole range of wilderness tours, perfect for those kiddies over 6 years.

Cottam's Rio Grande Rafting will take you out to see the impressive peaks and gorges that are found in New Mexico, and what's great is that the tours are suitable for all levels, so there is something for everyone!

The Taos Box is probably their most thrilling and exciting adventurous tours which gets you out along 16 miles of that mighty Rio Grand River. There are also some calmer sections where you can take a breather, so don't forget to look around during this time and take in the amazing views! You might just be lucky and spot a bighorn sheep, or even those majestic bald eagles flying above!

The tours like the Racecourse and Orilla Verde Float are the best choice for those in the family who want a more peaceful and serene ride. The Orilla Verde Float is great for those little kids because there are some fun sports that they can jump and have a refreshing swim!

If the water fun isn't enough, then why didn't you just say so! Cottam's Rio Grande Rafting can extend your family day out where they can combine your water tour with rock climbing, horse riding or mountain biking. Pretty cool huh!

With experienced guides taking you out, you will be in safe hands as you enjoy the amazing wildlife and scenery of New Mexico!

Adventurous family fun for everyone!
