I recently went to Bobo’s and experienced an unwelcoming attitude from the women at the front desk. They have this policy on their website that states “Due to capacity issues additional adult guests and guests with infant children will be required to pay a $2.00 occupancy fee at the discretion of Bobo’s.” This conflicts with what they state directly above this which is that adults and infants are free. My issue is with “at the discretion of Bobo’s.” I’ve been to Bobo’s before and had pleasant interactions with other front desk staff where they do not charge extra for adult guests. This last time, it was not busy, and the women stated that she must charge due to mothers of infants “taking up space” and that they may need to “close their doors and not make any money.” The language and tone of the women’s voice made us feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. I will think twice before returning to Bobo’s due to this experience.

what’s not to like? Bounce stuff, climbing stuff, jumpy stuff, toddler area….My grandson had a blast. Cute place where you can keep an eye on your child from everywhere. Plenty of seating and the staff was pleasant. Ended up buying a gift card for my daughter to bring him! LOL.

success! Kid’s didn’t wanna leave and when they did…..fell asleep from being tuckered out. My type of place…lol! Clean, fun, cheap (they don’t charge adults.) I’d say about 7 years or younger is perfect for Bobos. Love how you can keep an eye on the kids from every where. Not a huge warehouse type play place. Fun, music, happy kids…..

My daughter had been here twice and had a blast both times. She’s three, and I would say this place is best for two to five year olds, or even up to eight if the older kids know how to play well with youngsters. There were two boys there last time that were playing rough, the staff was on the phone, and the parents were face deep on their iphones. I don’t feel it’s reasonable to expect the staff to police the kids up, but at least try to get the parents to be responsible for their own kids. This isn’t a problem isolated to this spot, but an overall failure of parents in general. That being said, those two boys left and the six remaining kids clearly had a lot more fun. There is one large inflatable slide, one bounce house, a wooden playground set, and plenty of little carts and balls to play with. There is also a rock climbing pyramid and wall, as well as a toddler play area. A military discount sweetened the deal. If you have an energetic kid who needs to burn off some energy and poor weather, this is an affordable place to go.

My son fell at this place and had head injuries. No one came for the rescue. We had to take him to emergency to MGH and had been seen several times there. This place is not safe and I wouldn’t recommend to any kids I know. The staff chose to ignore the incident and did not even register the case in their book.Very upset with this incident.
