Where are we going today?
We just LOVE water parks, and we love it even more when there is so much more than just water fun to be enjoyed - and that's exactly what you get a Wild Water and Wheels!
Wild Water and Wheels is on Surfside Beach, and has a host of fun family activities to keep everyone entertained all day...and then some!
Let's start with it's biggest feature - the water park!
Make a splash on your next family day out with thrills, spills, and a little bit of everything in between. Do you dare take the challenge of the Dark Hole? It's just you, your inner tube, and lots of black!
Fancy riding with a friend? Then head on over to the White Water Express where you and a friend can try and hang onto your very own inner tube!
You can relax in the lounge pool, or just take in the sights on the lazy river, or experience the thrills of the ocean in the Wipe Out Wave Pool! There are chances to race your friends with the mat racing slides, or rush along at crazy speeds in the made thrilling slides that will really test your bravery!
Let's not forget the fun for those little water babies, with the kiddie pool, and a super large pool that is filled with kiddie size splashes just for them.
Of course, we told you that Wild Water and Wheels was so much more than a water park - and that it is!
The Race Zone is where you can get behind the wheel on the may go kart tracks, and there are even racers for those little ones, so you don't even need a driving licence to give it a go!
Kids can try and get that hole in one with the mini golf, and enjoy some friendly competition with the bumper boats.
Really your biggest decision will be - what to enjoy first! What will YOU pick!
How much does it cost?
- Adults$27.98 for water park. $39.98 for unlimited fun
- Children$19.98 for water park. $31.98 for unlimited fun
- Free Under: 2 years
When can we go?
Water park 10am/11am - 5pm/9pm. Rides 1pm - 6pm/10pm.
Seasonal over spring to fall
There is a food court where you can pick up a host of tasty lunch options, and there are vending machines too.
There is a picnic area right outside the front entrance if you want to bring your own food. It can't be taken into the park though. You can re-enter if you have your arm band.
Any Top Tips?
You can pick up cheaper tickets from 5pm - 9pm Friday nights from June to August, and there are also ticket options for the dry activities and not the water park, so lots of options for you and your budget!.
Doing our bit
They offer life vests for small kids FREE of charge! They are on the side of the wave pool.
Need a little extra help?

Took my Girl Scout troop here during the summer and we had a wonderful time. I knew exactly when admission was regularly priced and when the prices dropped - it's right there on the website in plain view, all you have to do is read. Slides were awesome: the girls (and this leader!) loved the Cliff Diver, Dark Hole, and White Water Express. We were there in the height of summer, in the mid-afternoon the lines got a little long, but we didn't wait over 15-20 minutes for the popular ones. Park was clean when we got there, a bit litter strewn when we left (guests can be real slobs); you pay more for food than at a fast food restaurant but we brought a picnic to eat outside the gate. We didn't bother with the rides - we were there for the water. We're planning on going again!
