Have been to Jumping Jacks for the past 5 years for both of my daughter’s birthdays. However, the last 2 visits (6 mo. apart) were not good. Staff incorrectly recorded the wrong date and I had to scramble last minute to send out new invites. They acted as if they couldn’t be bothered helping me when I arrived the day of the party as they were all huddled around the front desk talking to each other instead. As we moved from room to room I had to check for lingering children as the “staff helper” had already moved back to the front office to gossip with friends. Further, their policy of purchasing a large Dominoes pizza for $13 is RIDICULOUS and they only allow outside food for an extra fee of $10! (Pizza, by the way, a favorite kid food, is NOT allowed unless you buy it from them. The $200 and up fee isn’t enough to allow a few jumps and some some party set up? You really need to bill me an extra $10 for bringing in my OWN food. Come on Jumping Jacks. You’ve lost a dedicated customer.

i give two stars only bcz my son had a great time . mind you he is only one in age ! i had his birthday here and the room smelled like sweating feet EVEN THOUGH there was no one inside . the jumpers were lacking air which made it difficult to keep up with my son bcz it was not inflated enough to hold adult weight . it probably did not hold air bcz the jumpers were extremely warn and had holes in them . we showered immediately bcz we felt filthy . i still enjoyed myself bcz my son had a wonderful time but this is not the quality that money should buy and being that they specialize in jumpers , that at the least should be up to par .

Jumping Jacks is so much fun. I went for the first time for my nieces 4th birthday party. Lots of fun. My daughter was two at the time and it was a little much for her – high slides, scared of the bouncing but she generally scares easily. The adults had a blast though and we got some great exercise in. Kids maybe starting at 3 or 4 depending on how brave they are.
