Welcome to MyGym, where kids have the opportunity to learn, play, and grow in a safe and fun environment. Whether you're looking for a fantastic Parent and Me program or high-energy classes for big kids, MyGym has something for everyone. Our Guest Experience includes unlimited classes and Practice and Play (free play) sessions for a full week, catering to children from 4 months to 10 years old.
At MyGym, we understand the importance of early childhood development, which is why we offer a Half Day Preschool program from 9AM to 12PM, Monday through Friday. Our Preschool Prep Program is designed to nurture your child’s emotional, social, and cognitive skills, providing a solid foundation as they prepare to enter preschool and kindergarten. Using our award-winning fitness curriculum alongside arts and crafts, our program makes learning exciting and engaging.
Each day, the first two hours are dedicated to academic activities focusing on writing, reading, numbers, science, and art. This is followed by a fun hour on the gym floor where kids participate in physical activities like relays, tumbling, and games led by our experienced instructors. We also host birthday parties for kids up to 10 years old, ensuring special days are memorable and filled with laughter.
