Is Columbian Park Zoo accessible for visitors with disabilities?

The Columbian Park Zoo is a six-acre facility on relatively flat terrain. Pathways are ADA compliant and consist of various substrates including concrete, gravel, sand, and mulch. Wheelchairs and other ADA mobility devices are permitted in all public areas, including contact yards and immersion exhibits. Wheelchairs are also available to loan.

What special exhibits are available at Columbian Park Zoo?

The Butterfly Garden Party Exhibit is open Memorial Day to Labor Day, and Wild Tykes Play Zone kiddie rides are open Memorial Day weekend to mid-August.
