All the hype is what brought my group of 10 here on a friday night. This place was, okay. The staff is unfriendly. Not one person had a smile on thier face or appeared happy to be there. At one point I asked one of the employees something and he looked past me with a blank stare. I finally raised my voice and he responded like he was bothered. Lack of enthusiasm/interest from the employees definitely took away from the experience.You are required to sign a waiver prior to jumping. For $10 you can bounce for 30 minutes & for $13 you can bounce for an hour. 30 minutes in my opinion is not long enough. We jumped for an hour and it was perfect. You are required to buy their socks for $2. Once you have the socks, you can reuse them for your return visits. The price is decent. The water and sodas are priced around $2.75 for small bottles. There is also a small arcade area in a back corner. There are dodge ball, foam pits and basketball hoops. It’s a cool place but overall, not too impressed.

After hearing all of the families at the school talking about how wonderful this place is, I took my nephew here for his birthday. I scheduled a time for a birthday celebration with 10 other kids. Every single person had a smile on their face while jumping on the trampolines, and every employee bent over backwards to make our experience enjoyable and fun. All the adults had fun too, in fact I believe the adults jumping around had more fun than the kids. The employees actually wished my nephew happy birthday by name over the speakers, which absolutely made his birthday 100 times better. We will most definitely return for another wonderful experience.

Amazing experience, and friendly staff. Can’t wait to go back there and jump again. One tip I do recommend is to reserve tickets online if your heading there on the weekend, and if they have weekday specials make sure your there early because if you get there on time your already late. They almost always sell out quickly. Oh, and they make you wear their socks for safety reasons. The socks are only 2 dollars but you get to keep them and reuse them.

The kids love Sky Zone. I can’t get them to leave. It’s a great place to have a birthday party, and they take a good nap afterwards. The staff is good about splitting up the older kids from the younger kids so that they don’t hurt each other. They also do a good job at the dodge ball so that the kids don’t throw the ball too hard.
