I absolutely love Peter Pan. Let me list the reasons why:1) BYOB – You can bring cans (no glass) in coolers and carry it around with you while golfing! It makes the experience very relaxing and fun! Also while waiting for the slow people in front of you to hurry up, it makes the time go by shorter.2) The Bizarre Themes – Peter Pan is about as Austin weird as it gets. The decorations are wacky and the themes are colorful/unusual. Everytime I go, I notice a new thing that I really adore. Last time, it was that the totem pole features an armadillo (my fave critter).3) The Atmosphere – Very laid back. After a hectic week at work, I sometimes just want to relax and hang with friends without going to a crowded bar or restaurant. Everyone is in a good mood at Peter Pan, so it makes the whole thing 10x more pleasant than if there are grouchos playing.4) Finally, it is decently priced. We did both courses for $9/person. That is roughly 1.5 hours/2 hours of entertainment for $9/person. Y’all I can’t think of a better way to spend $9.Love me some peter pan mini golf! See you out on the green!

If you’re over 21 and you loved mini golf growing up this is your place!!! It’s BYOB and a fantastic first or second date spot as you can keep it casual with libations. It’s also great for families, but if you’re going on a Friday or Saturday night expect to see drinks flowing at each hole.

There are a few things I love in this world and BYOB establishments and mini golf are two of them. We only made it through one of the courses (there are two, 18 hole runs). I like how intimate and dense the course is designed – you have the chance to chat and get to know the other people playing. Though I can see how this could be annoying if you didn’t get along with those people or someone is taking too long playing. However, we shared our beer and had a great time!

I finally made it. I’ve lived in Austin 5+ years and have wanted to try this place since the beginning. It’s fun. It seems to be always crowded but it’s kind of crammed into a small lot of land. There are two courses. The pricing is okay. It’s a fun place to take family or have a little date night at.

I expected to love this place. But, I was taken off guard by the filthy and smelly employee (seriously, he smelled like fish and the armpits of his white shirt were brown). The course was nothing special. I think the biggest draw is the BYOB policy, which my group didn’t even take advantage of.
