    Our experience with Gibson Truck World was unbelievably GREAT! Within a few weeks of talking to Jason he called me with the truck of our dreams. It was exactly what we wanted and the price was right too. There was NO pressure at all – unlike the normal dealerships. Ernie the finance man was so professional and made us aware of all of our purchase options and helped us with the finance and warranty decisions that were perfect for us. My husband and I walked out of the salesroom an could not believe how no-stress and easy those folks made our purchase experience. We still talk about how easy it was – after 12 months of searching for a truck, I had a few other not so good experiences I could write about but this one was awsome – no pain whatsoever! A while after the purchase we had some problems with the brakes and I gave John the service manager a call for some advise and he really went the extra mile to be sure we were taken care of and helped me with every need that we had. He kept in touch during the repair and even followed up afterwards just to make sure everything was good. These folks are “Real” – it is hard to believe but they are really the greatest! We love those folks and we will be back for our next truck purchase when my son turns 16 !

    My story with Gibson Truck world started in May of 2014. My 2002 Excursion was totaled, in April and I was fortunate enough to find this dealer online. Through the course of three months Jonathan and the other sales staff helped me find a replacement vehicle and were very patient with me while I sorted out the troubles with the insurance. Throughout the whole experience the only people that helped me were the folks at Gibson Truck World, and for that I am truly grateful.

    I will never ever buy another truck from ANYWHERE ELSE BUT GIBSON TRUCK WORLD. Everyone there is friendly, professional, patient, and will answer all your questions. I bought my second truck from Gibson last week on Sept 29th. 3 days after driving the truck the sunroof was not working. I called John Geraghty in the Service Department right away and they fixed it at no cost to me. John put me in a rental car (again no cost to me) and that very afternoon John called and told me the sunroof was fixed and I can come pick up my truck that next morning. I am over the moon with the fantastic, caring service I received from John G in the Service Department, my salesperson Jonathan, and everyone else at Gibson Truck World that makes me feel I am a true valued customer. CHEERS GUYS!!!!!

    The sales department was amazing at this place once you purchase the truck they try and screw you with the service the new service advisor JOHN is not worried about service. He doesn’t bother wasting his time to give you the same experience they gave you whenever you are here purchasing a truck. So just go to Nation’s Trucks

    Without any doubt, in all my years of buying trucks, THIS was the easiest most pleasant and for ONCE in my life, a none BS experience. Gibson truck world was GREAT…I must have spent 3-4 hours just talking and looking at my own pace, with out any pressure or hype from my salesman. He walked and talked to me just like a family member and never once tried to push me into anything….on the contrary, he gave me reasons why I should stay with MY thoughts and plans instead of trying to push me or lead me toward something else…never got tired of showing me trucks, or test driving… just hung in there not knowing if I was a tire kicker, or a buyer……..GREAT JOB….BEST place to go if you really want to buy a truck…..
