I last attended the Bank of a America 500 in October 2013. We sat in the Chrysler section and loved the experience. Although it was a no smoking grandstand, there were still a few smokers. The pit pass experience was exciting. I will be attending the 2014 Bank of America 500 October 11

Total caos in parking areas. We were directed to dirt lot behind zmax.Paved parking across from track blocked off, although the lots were empty when we got here.’Guess that parking was for vip,not working class fans. No shuttles to track provided. Staff parking cars had no information on how to get a shuttle. Talked to a guy sitting there in a wheel chair, had been waiting 25 min for cart to take him over to the track.Paid $100. for pit pass that gave you no access to anything. The cars and all pre game activities were going on behind iron gates. The pit pass is a waste of money. Do not buy one. When leaving track had to dodge garbage bags, trash, beer cans and charcoal in lot.Traffic control out of the track is terrible. This track is all about the money, not the working class fans. Will not be back to this track, ever. When we bought our tickets why were we not offered parking in the paved area, again for an extravagant fee. I would have paid it not to park my new car in your trashy lot.

I definitely recommend the track tour. The guide was very informative, albeit a little crazy (which made the tour even better). They actually take you around the track twice at 80 mph in a van!
