This was great for my boys and the displays put up of of KC, Star Wars, etc were amazing and great for anyone to admire. The little rides inside were enough for a little excitement but the 4D theater was really great. You really need to get tickets and a time frame to show up before hand to get in ahead of the crowd. All the staff was great, especially Lead Frank. My son lost his phone and within the hour, Frank and staff were able to find it and return it to us. THANK YOUWe didn’t eat at the cafe, but really just looked like salads, drinks, wrapped sandwiches and snacks.

Giving it a one star for customer service. Called multiple times Kaytlin Cook for a birthday party. Never got a call back after two weeks of messages. Called direct number they said never got any voice-mails. Set up party will re-review afterwards but no call backs is a 1 star.

Wouldn’t waste your time. Small attraction. Dirty. Overly crowded. Long lines for short boring rides. Lame “4d movie” Small store, the mall lego store has more selection. Worst of all, we bought the package deal including the aquarium which has a separate entrance than legoland which we did not know and they lock the doors at 6 pm. Refused to accomodate us even though it was just 5 minutes after 6 pm. So, we paid for both attractions and only got to see legoland and they refused to offer a refund. Very rude and unprofessional staff.

Not worth the wait or the money. If you reserve online so that you don’t end up waiting hours to get in, you can’t use any of the coupons to make the ticket prices worth the 2 hours of activity. Customer service on the administrative side was lacking. I had a few questions before reserving tickets, called 5 times only to get the voice mail. Very frustrating. The novelty will wear off and eventually people won’t pay $18 to get in.

To answer your first question, yes it’s worth it. To answer your second, unasked question, yes, even for adults. With that said, don’t go spring break weekend, or any busy weekend because it will be packed. You’ll get a lot more out of the experience with a little breathing space. Don’t go for the “4D cinema” it’s really not that impressive and unfortunately some technical glitches caused us to lose one of the “D”‘s during our showing. Do buy advanced tickets–you might save a little money and you’ll save your sanity by not having to wait in (as much of a) line. Don’t go barefoot (not that you could anyway, but there are legos underfoot everywhere) And do take your time, enjoy all the stations (especially the mini KC city–too cool), play with some legos, look at some impressive sculptures and say that was neat.
