Studies have proven that being around horses lowers blood pressure, decreases stress, increases positive neural-pathways, boosts oxytocin levels, reduces cortisol levels and improves mind-body connection. In the academy program our riders learn how to improve communication, creativity, present moment awareness,confidence, setting boundaries, recognizing your talents and working as a team.
