Fancy your next family day out locked in a room with each other, trying to solve puzzles to make your way out?
Well, it actually can be really fun and challenging when you head to Extreme Escape - the fun escape rooms in San Antonio!
Escape rooms are a new way of enjoying a family day out. It's great fun to be able to work together as a team to accomplish something, and it gets kids using those amazing minds of theirs too!
You gather as a team in a room, and the door is locked. Then, you have 60 minutes to find clues and solve puzzles in order to unlock the door.
Extreme Escape has four different rooms for you to enjoy, so you can go back a number of times and still experience something new and fun!
How about trying to secure the location before the zombies find out you're there? Just check out the Undead room! Perhaps you want to try and get that legendary treasure in the Trapped Below room?
Master Of Illusion blurs the path or reality and illusion, and Mutiny allows you to think like those swashbuckling pirates and try and find that buried treasure!
Arrr me harties, do ye think ye can escape in time?
With theatrical lighting, life-sized props, interactive elements and sound and smell designs, Extreme Escape will take you to another place!
The rooms are mainly designed for kids over 12 years, but Mutiny and Trapped Below are suitable for kids over 9 years old. It's so much fun for them to be thinking, solving, and being a true detective!
So put down Cluedo, and try and escape for REAL at Extreme Escapes. You might just surprise yourself how great you are at being just like Sherlock Holmes!

I’m Hungry! Can I get food at Extreme Escape?
It's only an hour in the room, so grab something before or after in San Antonio. There are plenty of places to eat - and you don't want to be wasting valuable escape time munching on that sandwich instead of trying to crack the code!
Any top tips when visiting?
The games are suited for kids over 12 years, but younger children are welcome to still have fun, but they might not be able to understand the puzzles. Trapped Below and Mutiny are suitable for kids over 9. Keep in mind some rooms are designed to be scary!
Teachers corner
They are great for groups, and great for students to learn all about problem solving and lateral thinking. Why not give them a call for your next field trip!

Any additonal information?
The room escape games real life setting is completely immersive once you’re inside. And yes, the door will lock behind you. However, for the safety and enjoyment of all players, a participant may exit a live room escape game at any time. Keep in mind, once a player exits they will not be allowed to re-enter.
