LONGHORNS RETURN TO DOLLY PARTON’S DIXIE STAMPEDE Thundering Stampede Highlights Unique Dinner Attraction. THEY’RE BACK! Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede takes you on a wild ride highlighted by a thunderous stampede of longhorn steer. Plus, “Skeeter’s BIG Event”, full of comedy twists and surprises sure to keep you laughing! Audiences are treated to a live and up-close experience with the herd of authentic longhorns, each weighing up to 1800 pounds with a horn span of six to eight feet from tip to tip. Highlights include a poignant appearance by a American Indian medicine man who calls upon the “Spirit of the Bird,” revealing a spectacular aerialist soaring high above the arena, complete with new music and lighting created especially for this moving performance. The show features 32 horses, stunts and special effects. Your four-course feast is included.
