Here, you can walk with their experienced and knowledgable guides, and really gain and understanding of what makes these creatures so unique. Kids will also learn that invaluable lesson of why it's so important to preserve our diminishing wildlife - something so important!

The Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center offer a number of tours that you can choose from to give your family the perfect family day out.

You get to enjoy a personalized one hour walking tour through the sanctuary, where they can guarantee you get a close up view of these majestic animals! Amazing!

This Standard Tour gives kids the chance to also meet coyotes and foxes, and learn all about the history and biology of these creatures.

Animals get hungry too, so why not join in the Feeding Tour where you get to enjoy the guided educational tour AND see your guide feed those hungry animals.

Kids over 8 years can have their taken with a young red fox, where they can actually pat them and interact with them! Those over 18 years can have the same experience but with an adult wolf - be prepared, you might just get a few kisses too!

The wolves that call this sanctuary home each wolf each have their own story. Some are rescues, some from other sanctuaries, and some from zoos. The sanctuary was set up so families just like yours can learn the importance of these amazing creatures in our eco-system, as well as to care for these creatures who can no longer live in the wild.

A beautiful animal-tastic day out for the family in Colorado, with experiences kids won't be forgetting in a LONG time!
