    This place is awful!!!!! I don’t know much about the hotel but when it comes to booking a birthday party so not worth the money. I will never come to this place again. First, when I tried to schedule my son’s birthday party it took 3 different messages before I even had anyone call me back. That should have been my first hint not to use them. I payed my deposit when the party was scheduled then 3 days before the party they called me stating I had to pay for the rest of the party that day which most places I’ve had parties at have you pay the day of the party. So I went ahead and payed the remaining amount. When we arrived the day of the party on September 20th they were so unorganized. We were supposed to be called into the party room a few minutes before 8 pm because we were told we would have the party room from 8-9 but didn’t go back until 8:20 pm by that time our food was cold. The goodie bags were not good at all but what could I expect. We asked to speak with a manager and it took another 15 minutes for someone to come speak with us. We just asked for a refund. We didn’t ask for a complete refund because the kids still had 3 hours of fun in the water park we just wanted a refund for what we didn’t use which was the food, the time in the party room, goodie bags, game room tokens, and the cake. Pretty much everything except the swimming time. Since it was the weekend there was no one available to help us with a refund so we were told to call on Monday and speak with Shamika, or “the owner Eric”. Again it took several messages for any one to give us a call back when they did they told us they had to get the employees together to discuss the details of what happened. Finally after about a week Eric the owner stated all they could do was refund us $77 dollars out of $343 that were spent on the party. Which didn’t sound at all reasonable to us but hey what else could we do. After not seeing a refund a few days later in our ban account we called back to speak with Eric and of course it took a few messages before some one called back and then we were told Eric was fired……Yes some how the owner was fired. We kept trying to talk to someone that was above Shamika but got no where. My husband finally called and asked one of the employees who we could inform about a great experience we had there and they were quick to give us th GM’s email address SO…. here I am almost a month and probably about 10 plus messages later and still no phone call back and no refund. You better believe we will be contacting the GM. Save your money on a cheaper better place. I wish I did.

    What a horrible place! First room had a very moldy smell and stained bedspreads. We soon had a 2nd room that still had a moldy smell and this time it was the sheets that were stained. Another trip to the front desk, to wait with others complaining about dirty rooms. House keeping did remake the beds, but the rest of the room was still so icky my 9 year old son kept asking to go home. He gladly gave up the waterpark.Very loud neighbors (screaming till 2am) and a dirty bathtub had us checking out first thing on Sat. and cancelling our second nights stay. Imagine my surprise to see I was billed for the 2nd night because I didn’t cancel 24 hours in advance. Manager won’t even return my calls.

    We were not informed of the construction going on that caused power to be out in most of the building, including the waterpark, before we came. Then, at 9:30 pm, another guest almost entered my room (save for the latch) with the key card that the front desk distributed! They re-checked out my room! Neither time that the front desk called for maintenance received an answer for help with the air conditioning unit. Needless to say, I found another hotel to spend the rest of my two weeks here.

    These guys have some serious issues, they say they have been in the process of changing management company’s, but it goes much worse that that. To start with my room had been used by someone, that’s all I will say there was lipstick ,makeup and hair on the sheets and pillow cases . I did ask for and got another room. Some on the other folks with me said their bathroom was dirty. The whole group had problems with their passkeys. We had to make additional trips to the front desk because we were logged in for only 2 days when we booked for 3 days. On the third day the manager walked in on me in my room and never even knocked. Luckily I was dressed. The staff seemed clueless on how to do their jobs. Hope these folks get it together. The rooms were pretty nice but no TV guide or brochures of any kind. No coffee or not ice available. I don’t like writing negative reviews. You got hold their feet to the fire . Have a blessed day. Jesus is Lord!

    It has been 2 years since I have been here and the place has really fallen to pieces… staff seem nicer now then they were back then…. it being a Thursday it was extremely calm on here except the lil girl who fell and broke her tooth in half. Kids are enjoying themselves. .. just wish the up keep here was better broken water sprayers, rusted water spayers, the pain on the floor is coming off in several places, the hot tub had leaves and sand in it, & there are huge cracks in the walls around the indoor water area that structure issues.
