You can take a tour and discover who fled the famine and join them on a gruelling journey across the ocean, as you step back in time.
You'll begin with a walk around the upper deck where you can see the majestic masts and admire the craftmanship. Take a picture of yourself on the deck, and hear the stories of the shipping trades.
Below deck you'll experience the cramped quarters, meet the passengers and crew, hear personal stories and imagine what life was like on board. The tours take around 50 minutes and it's a must visit if you're in the area.
Pretend to be a captain of the ship and there a special activity trail too to keep the little ones busy. The engaging guides bring the history to life for an informative and interactive experience for the whole family to enjoy.
