Ranch Massif du Sud is great for the family to enjoy the wonderful outdoors of Quebec, with horseback riding, history, and family fun!
The ranch features the Gold Museum, where you can experience the gold rush as it was like back in it's peak, as well as visit an actual gold mine! You can even pan for gold, and actually find gold! Perhaps you will find your fortune there!
When it comes to horse riding, you can ride any time of the year, and any day. There are even other fun outdoor activities at the ranch, including snowshoeing and snowmobiling in winter, and fishing, which makes for a relaxing couple of hours!
You can even spend the night in a teepee or cabin, as well as a chalet, if you want to extend your family day out to two!
There are several packages that you can enjoy at the ranch, including The Great Adventures which is a two to four day trip on horseback. If that wasn't enough, you can even learn to look after buffalo and wapitis on the farm!
Quebec is beautiful to explore anyway, but it's that much more fun for families when you can explore history, animals, and gold at the same time!
