The ramp/elevator entrance to the lower landing and boarding area is located at the Niagara City Cruises Main Ticket Plaza, 5920 Niagara Pkwy, Niagara Falls, ON L2E 6X8 (look for the large white sails next to the Zipline to the Falls Tower).

Outside food and beverage is not permitted, but plenty of places to grab something to eat before or after! The boat trip is only 20 minutes
They do not have parking onsite, there are public parking areas nearby and along the Niagara Parkway. For the best experience, please arrive on time at or within your selected time slot.
