Always a great time for the kids. Yes the place could use a good hose down, dusty in hard to dust areas. However, the kids had a riot and the food and Bday party room was clean. No complaints from the kids, food devoured. Oh and they do let you bring your own Bday cake. Will be hosting another party there this year.Party and play time, including lazer tag, pizza and juice for 8 kids will run us about $160ish, after all the extras, not including the cake. Not cheap, but not too pricy either and I don’t have to clean up after 8 kids, so it’s priceless really ;D

The Manager of this place yelled at a group of kids and made a little girl cry. She was absolutely rude and her behavior unacceptable. Its not the first time I’ve been there, she’s been rude every time.

I’ve brought my grandchildren here for many years and I have seen Crash Crawly’s change for the better recently . Their facility shows much improvement over the past year such as it being super clean, additional seating, and quarter arcade games. The staff is great especially when I need help getting my grandchildren down from the playground. Keep up the good work on maintaining a clean fun safe environment for children to enjoy.I highly recommend Crash Crawly’s to all my friends and family (especially on weekdays when they are a lot more quiet.)

Parents beware – my 4 year old son was attacked and beaten by an 10/11 year old at Crash Crawlies. He has a black eye, bloody eyeball (broken blood vessel), bloody nose and multiple scratches over his face. He is now having nightmares. While I truly blame the parent(s) and the psycho child they are raising, I am also quite astounded that absolutely no action was taken by Crash Crawlies staff nor were parents warned there was a dangerous situation. I shudder to think what would have happened if this bully got their hands on a toddler. I did not realize that the “risk” in their “Play at your own risk” policy includes the risk of being attacked! I pray to never see my (or anyone’s) child look like this or go through something like this again!
