About 1000 Islands and Seaway Cruises

Welcome to Brockville – the City of the 1000 Islands! Situated at the eastern gateway to the 1000 Islands, Brockville has long been a favourite destination for visitors to this famed tourism region. Nestled in the heart of the City’s historic downtown on the banks of the mighty St. Lawrence River, you’ll find the home of 1000 Islands & Seaway Cruises.

Operating a fleet of three, Transport Canada certified passenger vessels, 1000 Islands & Seaway Cruises offers a variety of traditional and adventure Sightseeing, Dining Cruises and Special Events. Private Charters are also available for your next Corporate, Family or Fundraising event.

Get your motor running and experience the Islands like never before aboard the all new high-speed catamaran, the ‘WildCat’. Cruise in comfort and safety at speeds of up to 70 kilometres an hour aboard their 2-hour “AdrenIsland” Cruise covering 70 kilometres and including a view of famous Boldt and Singer Castles, three historic lighthouses and much, much more. Visitors can also experience the Cat for less aboard the one-hour “Singer Castle Express”. Unique to the Islands, the 54 passenger ‘WildCat’ is the fastest tour boat on the river and promises a 1000 Islands experience you’ll not soon forget.

Speed not your thing? Then choose from a variety of traditional sightseeing cruises aboard the 100 passenger ‘General Brock’ or the 140 passenger ‘Sea Fox’. The one-and-a-half hour ‘Jewels of the St. Lawrence’ Cruise, with its frequent departures and ideal duration, answers the need for busy travellers and those with small children and features the eastern Group of the 1000 Islands and Brockville’s historic waterfront. Revel in your view of magnificent waterfront mansions and quaint island cottages as you pass in the shadows of ships plying the main Seaway channel. Then, get close to nature as you glide through narrow scenic channels, not available to larger tour boats, while our bilingual Captain’s commentary provides an accurate account of the Islands history, its legends and its people.

As night falls, the Islands take on a different perspective aboard the three-hour ‘St. Lawrence Soiree’ Dinner Cruise or a variety of night-time events offered throughout the summer.

We know you have choices for your 1000 Islands cruise and at 1000 Islands & Seaway Cruises we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver a more intimate and personalized cruising experience than our larger competitors with the variety of unique cruise experiences that will keep bringing you back to the ‘City of the 1000 Islands!
