With Riverlife Adventure Centre, the whole family can enjoy tours that will offer you a day of challenges, experiences, excitement and adventure. There are four activities you can choose from - the kayaking, rock climbing and abseiling are for the over 8s, with the laser tag able to accommode younger children.
If you love the water, enjoy a Day Kayak Tour and experience Brisbane like never before! Take in all the sights the river city has to offer, and see the Story Bridge up close from a whole new perspective. On Friday and Saturday nights you can enjoy a Twilight Tour too!
Challenge yourself on the Kangaroo Point Cliffs on a Day Rock Climb Adventure! Climb and belaying along the Brisbane River, and it doesn't matter if you are a first-time climber or expert looking to beat your personal best, this adventure is for you!
Then you have the laser tag, which is a great way for the family and kids to form strategies, devise a game plan and work out defence tactics. Kids can practice their teamwork and leadership skills effectively to shoot their way to a win!
If you want to really challenge yourselves, why not experience the rush that comes when you abseil down the 20m Brisbane Kangaroo Point Cliffs.
Riverlife abseiling sessions are guided by qualified and experienced instructors so there's no need to worry, and no experience is necessary as each session you can enjoy full instruction, as well as a safety briefing and equipment.

Directions
They are located at the heritage listed Naval Stores, Lower River Terrace, Kangaroo Point. Note: there is no on-site parking at Riverlife.
From River Terrace -
Park at the top of the Kangaroo Point Cliffs next to ‘Joey’s Cafe’, walk down the cliff stairs, turn right and walk 250m to Riverlife.
Via Dock Street -
Continue to drive under the Pacific Motorway (Captain Cook Bridge), park or drop off, in the free public car park at the base of the Kangaroo Point Cliffs. Then walk, following the Riverlife signs along the river and cycle path, a distance of 800m.
By walking - walk from the CBD over the Goodwill Bridge, turn left and follow the river to Riverlife.

It's an amazing experience for students! Riverlife offer a great range of activities that can be made into customisable programs and itineraries to fit around your requirements, and their guides have many years experience in delivering high quality experiences.
They have developed a great range of activities that will get them out of their comfort zones and help teach them resilience, team work and leadership skills, in line with the Australian Curriculum.
Riverlife operates kayaking adventures in all weather conditions except during electrical storms and hail storms. All other adventures may be cancelled during periods of heavy rain or adverse weather conditions.
On the rare occasion Riverlife needs to cancel a scheduled adventure, a new booking will be made or a voucher issued at no cost.
