The water park was very dirty and falling apart. The bathrooms were trashed, garbage everywhere. There were no clean towels available, the staff said towels were in the dryer. Trash cans were filled up by the entrance walking in. The hot tub was broken, one of the staff said its been that way for months. The bottom of the pools are yellow and sharp. One of the kids scrapped their face and had a bloody nose. The ladder rope of the kids playground was torn and falling apart. Several broken games in the arcade including the cash machine to withdraw...Read More

We've been there a few times. It's not the fanciest water park but its pretty good for its price. A room and 4 passes for around 120$ with free breakfast. Hotel and pool is clean and staff is very friendly. The lifeguards take their job serious and keep the injury risk down. Daughters are 4 and 6 and its perfect for them.
The only issue is the water temp is a tiny bit lower than preferred. You get used to it quickly but after a few hours everyone got a little chill. One visit the heater broke. Saturday was tolerable but Sunday was pretty...Read More

We stayed here last Easter. Whoever the manager was at that time was an absolute moron! He was very rude and disrespectful. We had stayed there often, as we have family in the area, but after that experience, NEVER again. New management sucks. Wish I knew who owned the place now, as I would love to tell them!

I want to say it was the best time .The staff was so sweet and helpful . They treated my family with great respect one of the staff members even came to see my grandson swim when she got off of work.
I would plan a trip again. Thanks for the lovely time .

$13 for three hour session which they also charge to spectators who have to sit in the extremely hot balcony to supervise their kids. ..
