We have stayed at this hotel for years. They have 4 pools and nice rooms. However they now charge charging 15$ per person to use the Adult (no kids) pool. As well pool drinks are $22(?) for a 20 ounce non alcoholic slushy. Plus, unfortunately they no longer have wifi in the rooms and have put a single internet cable in each room. This is getting too expensive and we can't use the internet. So long Excalibur there are lots of alternatives.

So much family fun! The bartenders were nice at every stop as we made our way through to the Fun Dungeon. My daughter had a blast running around playing games while my husband was able to drink a few beers. Nothing better than having a terrible experience at Circus Circus then having EXCALIBUR save our vacation! Thank you!

Back in November 2013 My husband and I were traveling through Las Vegas and we stayed at this hotel. The customer service was incredible from the moment we checked in to our check out, everyone was helpful, friendly and always with a smile very inviting and warmth. In the room the space, the bed comfort was delightful. The casino, restaurant, entertainment everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay and when we travel through Vegas or just going to Vegas we will be looking into this hotel again.

Went here in mid sept. Before walking in door by tower 2, there was a moderate sewer smell. Luckily though, didn't carry over inside. Check in was nice. I got there too early, so I was given 2 options: check in then for an additional fee, or take key and get a text when it was 3 o'clock and actually OK to go up to the room. I took the latter. Got the text about 15 minutes beforehand, and everything went smoothly. Got carded everytime I sat down at a table game, which I appreciate, though it was cumbersome getting it out every time. Some...Read More

Not bad. Not great but not bad. We stayed in tower 2. Even parking on the other side of the building it wasn't much of a walk. The room was large enough for three of us. Everything in the room worked fine and it looked clean. There was a slight sweat smell but no cigarette smell. We had a nice view of the pools and the mountains in the distance. Food choices were fine. Casino smelled like smoke but so has every other one I have been in. The guys trying to sell you welcome packages were super pushy but we just ignored them after the first attempt....Read More

Some of the table game dealers could've been nicer. One thing I didn't really like was the pai gow dealers would kinda half toss the cards to us. Kinda seemed unprofessional in my opinion. Poker room was good. Had good promotions, and dealers were nice and professional. Got a $20 food credit with my stay, but could only use it at 7 locations between Excalibur and Luxor, and that only covered 1 meal. Rooms were nice, unremarkable, but enexpensive. One of the pools was closed. The other 3 were only 3 1/2 feet deep, making them feel more like wading pools than swimming pools. They didn't have Dr pepper in the casino area. They said they have Pepsi products. I mention this because upstairs in the food court, the McDonalds has a Pepsi soda self serve machine, with Dr pepper on it. Not sure what the deal is. Overall, on my 1st trip to Vegas as an adult, staying here was enjoyable. NEEDS WIFI IN ROOMS

We also had no conditioner and the service was slow to get it to us, but when it came the guy brought an entire bag full of everything. No wifi in the rooms. Used to that though and usually tether from my phone. Wife had issues with a couple dealers trying to short her at the roulette tables. I imagine they thought she was gullible. Overall a flaw or two but nothing terrible with the room, just keep an eye on the dealers when gambling.
