I was at Universal theme park with my family at the end of October 2014 and we all had such a great time. It was so easy to navigate your parks compared to your competitors park and we all know what park that would be, and when we do return and we will I will only be visiting your parks I found the Universal experience so much more fun and exciting...I thank you all for the great experience my family and I had while visiting Orlando...Also your costumer service puts that competitors park to shame they should be trained by whom ever trains your staff....Read More

I go every year and have a blast. Unfortunately this will be my last year attending. This year I was pulled away from my boyfriend and friend by a team member. I was confused and was not given a reason why I was being taken aside until 2 security guards showed up. I was then told that I fit the description of a flasher they were looking for. I was completely flabbergasted. I was then told to get into van to be transported to head security. I was alone in a van with two strangers being taken away from my group. I talked to head security and in a...Read More

We had fun looking around in the shops, and the food was good. Not many rides for people with injuries, so I was a little dissapointed, but I'm sure I would of loved the rides 10 years ago. The Harry Potter attractions were well done, and fun to explore. The train is overrated, but handy if going from park to park. The prices were out of this world, they could still make a profit and charge less. Everything at a park in Orlando is overpriced. I agree that speed pass puts a bad taste in my mouth, when I've been waiting more than 15 minutes. I...Read More

I will start by saying the park has a lot of great, unique rides. BUT...while we were just on vacation here a lot of the rides kept breaking down. The Escape from Gringott's ride was constantly broken down - we wasted so much time waiting in line there and only got to ride the ride once our entire trip (and it broke down twice while we waited in line that time). In one day, 5 rides broke down while we were in line or while we were on the ride. When I talked to guest services about this, the informed me that their rides are just so "technologically...Read More

Universal Orlando is a fantastic park! Don't listen to the haters, lines aren't what makes a park bad. In fact, Disney has longer lines than Universal. Universal has amazing, one of a king, state of the art attractions. Harry Potter, Transformers, Spider-Man, Revenge of the Mummy, The Incredible Hulk, Dragon Challenge and so many more are all incredible rides. The parks have great theme and is not just an add on to your vacation, it is in fact a full vacation destination. It is totally recommended.

I talked to head security and in a matter seconds I was told I could leave and go back to my friends. No sorry for the trouble or sorry we got the wrong person. Just you can leave now. I will NEVER be returning.

With so many of our favorite movies being made at Universal, we had fun and definitely like it.

When I talked to guest services about this, the informed me that their rides are just so "technologically advanced" that this is bound to happen. They didn't do anything else to help me out, which was frustrating. Customer service is definitely not their strong point and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Their service seriously pales in comparison to Disney.
