Where are we going today?

Who has loads of energy that they want to use just bouncing all day long!?  We certainly do!

Jump!Zone is a great option for all those active kids who just want to jump, bounce and play.

There are certain times allocated for those 6 and under for open play, as well as 12 and under, so you can be assured your kids will have fun with others their own age groups.

The safe, bouncy and fun environment is climate controlled so you don't even have to look out the window in the morning to check if the weather will be right for your day out!

There is a bouncy Disney Princess Castle for those royal hopefuls, have fun with Spongebob in his Clubhouse, jump on a jeep and explore the crashed plane on the super fun safari adventure, or head to Gotham City to find Batman!

There are Bounce Houses for the little ones so they can feel like they are joining in with the big kids bouncing, a super fun hurricane simulator where it creates winds up to 80 miles per hour (That's pretty gusty!) and a fun arcade area where kids can play the latest and best arcade games.

Parents, no need to worry!  You can relax with your free wifi in the parents seating area complete with couches, flat screens and even a massage chair! (no...the kids can't live here!  But you can bring them back again!)

I was very disappointed with Jump!Zone. For the past few years, I had my kids' parties at My Gym, but since my son is getting older, I thought I would do something different. I was always very impressed with My Gym's parties. I thought Jump!Zone would deliver the same kind of service. Boy was I wrong. From the beginning, this was a bad experience. I had added pizzas to my party and that did not show up on the confirmation e-mail. I worried. Also, apple juice was not a choice so I had to call and ask. I had my daughter's Birthday Party here last weekend and it was great ! The staff was Very Helpful and friendly. They have made a lot of changes to the facility. As my understanding from talking to one of the party host, they are getting in new bounce houses to keep the place fresh and exciting. I know they are trying to fix a lot of poor management issues they where having and I must say it's working. I go there with my kids often and it is always a better experience every time I go. I just went for the first time last week. They have a play arena filled with huge bouncers, slides, adventure courses. I brought my 4 year old and he was thrilled and so was I since he slept for the ride home. While he played, I just relaxed on the couch and read a magazine. It was nice because they have staff in the arena making sure the kids stay safe. They have b-day parties, I think I'll have my son's there this year.

Communicating with Jump!Zone was nearly impossible. Messages were not returned promptly and each time I talked to a different person, none of which wrote down what was agreed on during the call. Even the day of the party, the girl who was helping us (who was nice but clueless as it was her first day on the job) asked me what kind of drinks I was getting. I told her I had talked to another girl two days before the party and told her everything I wanted, including the apple juice. That was nothing, however, compared to the bad service during the party and the awful state of the building.

Complying with the Jump!Zone rules, we arrived at 1:25 for our 1:30 party. While the other two rooms were ready for parties, our room was not. The reason was that the people who had the room before us decided to stay over their contracted time. It was 1:30, the time of our party, and the people had not even taken out all of their coats or presents from the room. The staff, which is made up of teenage girls, did nothing to get them out. I was furious as my guests were arriving and I had nowhere to put them.

The place is falling apart. The adult bathroom was out of order and the only available bathroom (the kids' bathroom) was filthy. We sat on a bench around the inflatables only to find out that there was water coming down from the ceiling. The "fix" was a bucket where the water drops were being collected.

I was supposed to have to do "no work" during the "party" but the girl asked me whether I wanted to cut the cake myself. At my request, she cut the cake herself but I still had to take each plate to the table as she had no one helping her. Even parents of guests were helping. At My Gym I had NOTHING to do as a staff of three adults took care of absolutely everything. I was able to talk to other parents, take pictures, and enjoy my sons' parties. Jump!Zone was a great disappointment. The staff is made up of teenage girls who are nice and try to help but they are just girls - the job is too big for them. There should be at least one adult who can manage the place.

They gave me "free juice" as an apology (a $22 discount), but I feel like that, given the state of the place and the lack of service, the party was extremely expensive. At My Gym, I got my money's worth - every penny of it. In short, DO NOT HAVE YOUR PARTY AT JUMP!ZONE - it is horrible.

I know they are trying to fix a lot of poor management issues they where having and I must say it's working. I go there with my kids often and it is always a better experience every time I go. More and more is changing and I feel that they are really trying to make it a better place. I did see the review before mine and I must say, the bathroom is open now but they have a sign posted that they are doing a new under sea theme with finding Nemo. People need to be more understanding as places are trying to update so it can be better for kids. As far as the party experience goes I thought that they really made sure that I had everything I wanted, and everything the kids wanted, I wanted to make some last minute changes on the pizza at my daughter request and it was no issue and they were so accommodating. Not to mention all the paper goods were so festive !! PERFECT!! Will definitely do this again. We love Jumping there now it is our favorite party place as well.
