Gray Fossil Site Museum and Visitor Centre
Where are we going today?

Visitors will travel back in time, experiencing an ecosystem of an ancient world filled with tapirs, alligators, rhinos, camels, shovel-tusked elephants, saber-toothed cat, and even red pandas! Filled with interactive exhibits, a dig pit and touch-screen computer games, there is something for people of all ages to enjoy while learning about the prehistoric past of this region.

Smaller children particularly will enjoy the Discovery Carts where they can touch and handle some of the artifacts.

They also have a varying exhibition space with a continuing theme of fun education aimed at children, plus regular seasonal events and activities.

Walk-in visitors experience a self-guided tour of the museum. Guided tours offered when staffing is available.
